Allergens & dietary info
Allergies? Please tell us before you order. Our pizzas are made fresh in a single kitchen that handles gluten, milk and other allergens, so we can't guarantee any pizza is completely free from a given allergen. If you have an allergy, talk to us first and we'll help you order safely.
How we make them
Every pizza starts with the same dough — Caputo “00” flour, water and salt — with a tomato base, vegetarian mozzarella and a little grated vegetarian Italian hard cheese. Our Pepperoni is topped with Properoni® pork pepperoni.
Dietary
Our Margherita and Garden pizzas are vegetarian — made with vegetarian-rennet cheeses. Our Pepperoni contains pork.
Allergens per pizza
Every pizza carries the same two allergens — gluten (from the dough) and milk (from the cheese). The Properoni pepperoni is gluten-free and adds no regulated allergens.
